Join us to learn tips on staying healthy this winter, presented by Dr Helmly. Dr Helmly, DO, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Mary Washington Primary Care, is a board-certified family medicine physician and Program Director for Family Medicine GME. She provides care for patients of all ages with a focus on prevention, wellness and women’s health.
